This is the door which opens to an uncomparable unic moment of pleasure.
With more more than 130 years old, ‘Casa do Lugarinho’ was born from a familiar project, which gathers the refurbishement of confort and detail to its rural invironement.
With Funchal at just 35 minutes away, green color and time are two elements sparing enough to allow you fantastic levada walks or sun set quite readings.
The land is situated at the end of a group of agricultural houses, in ‘a still genuine zone' also full of land of cultures.
The main body of the house was carefully restored, keeping its walls and original façade, now attached to an entirely independent body of the remaining portion of the house. The sea so far… allows to breathe the uge of the involving area and seems to invite to stay and watch the unic sun set near the swimming pool teack deck.
