LA MAISON

"Casa do Lugarinho" is located at Raposeira do Serrado, parish of Fajã da Ovelha, Concelho da Calheta in the West side of the Island, at 600 mts above sea level.
 It is integrated in a small group of houses still in the original way and surrounded by agricultural lands.

Main house have been carefully refurbished by it’s owner, an interior architect, Vasco Braz, willing to maintain its main walls and façade, know annexed to a completely new and independent body containing a double room with private WC.

Looking to the sea downhill…you can enjoy silence and calm from the place, inviting the marvellous sunsets by the pool.
On winter cold days the heat of living room salamander allows to enjoy all around peace.

 Calheta  (in front of Porto de Recreio da Calheta) Pingo Doce Supermarket.
Mini market 300 metres away, on the main street where you can find all basic things you will need for your meals   

Many nice walks are available nearby with several difficulty levels such as ‘Levadas’. (Guides and brochures are available in the house. You also have the possibility of contacting Hotel Jardim Atlântico in order to integrate one of it’s organised walks.
